| The Director of Nursing/Infection Control provides leadership and oversight for all nursing functions within the facility. The employee in this position designs and monitors quality systems for nursing care, coordinates care with other disciplines, and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, professional and accreditation standards. The Infection Control maintains infection control data and trending. This information is reported to the Performance Improvement Committee monthly. In addition, this role develops monitors and improves other nursing and programmatic processes as directed by the CEO. |

| Youth Care Specialist - Resource Residential Treatment Facility | Expires 2012-12-01 |
| The Youth Care Specialist will provide direct supervision of residents. This includes milieu leadership and positive interactions with residents and other staff. YCS are expected to provide timely and appropriate feedback to residents on behaviors. Individuals in this position are expected to provide de-escalation intervention by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as TCI. YCS are also required to complete client documentation during their shifts.
