| | Description | | Works as a salaried employee in accordance with established policies as outlined in the emnployee handbook. A probationary period of 180 days is required. | | Requirements | | Master of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing with prior residential experience. Posses a current Indiana RN license. Have minimum 5 years experience as RN. Experience with psychiatric nursing systems and processes. Have direct supervisory experience. Working knowledge of JCAHO and other accreditative standards/regulatory requirements. Experience with data collecting and trending. Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues(preferred). Experience working in a residential treatment facility(preferred). Knowledgeable about childhood development. Minimum 21 years of age. |
