At Resource Treatment Center, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality and quantity of care possible. We aim to assist all of the children and adolescents who come to us for treatment develop the skills they need in order to overcome the struggles that they are facing so that they can leave our treatment center with the confidence needed to face life head-on. Through the utilization of a number of evidence-based practices that are designed to elicit successful outcomes, the caring and compassionate staff at Resource Treatment Center provides comprehensive, efficient, and effective programming that meets the needs of the youth and families who entrust us with their care. Our programs are tailored to allow youth to experience a sense of normalcy while participating in the therapeutic process, while also benefiting from a vast array of services that are founded in therapeutic success.

In order to provide services for as many children and adolescents as we can, we provide specific therapeutic interventions to treat a number of mental health concerns and co-occurring disorders, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Bipolar disorder
  • Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
  • Self-harm
  • Suicidal ideation

At Resource Treatment Center, we know that making the decision to place your child in treatment can be an extremely difficult one, and so we do all that we can to ensure that you are comfortable with the way in which your child’s treatment will be delivered. With the knowledge that family involvement is paramount to finding successful treatment outcomes, we want to make sure that you are an instrumental part of your child’s recovery. In addition to the individual and group therapies that are provided as part of your child’s treatment, Resource Treatment Center also offers a family therapy component that helps the family unit as a whole move through the process of engaging in treatment, enhancing motivation to continue treatment, and establishing a collaborative approach so that you know that you are an active part of your child’s healing. Clinicians work with families to identify specific skills, to master those skills, and to appropriately implement those skills.

The presence of a mental health disorder can be devastating to a child or adolescent, as well as to his or her family.
